Terms and Conditions:

Booking:

I am happy to put a soft hold on a date while you discuss your options.
To actually book a workshop date, I require a deposit of half.  
I require full payment in advance for custom orders, gemstones, and fixed price workshops.
Deposits paid fewer than two weeks in advance will incur a $250 rush fee.


Rescheduling:

If a client reschedules more than 3 weeks in advance of the workshop date, there is no fee to reschedule.
Workshops that are rescheduled fewer than 3 weeks in advance will incur a $300 fee. I occasionally waive the fee for workshops scheduled on weekdays.  
In the unlikely event that I have to reschedule a client's workshop, the client will have the option to schedule a different date or receive a refund of the deposit paid, less costs incurred.


Cancellations: 

For cancellations over 3 weeks in advance, client will be charged a $300 fee.
For cancellations fewer than 3 weeks, client will forfeit half of the deposit paid.
No-shows and cancellations day-of will lose their entire deposit.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your workshop, client will receive a full refund, less costs incurred.
